Trust is not something to blindly give. It's earned.
I’m dedicated to earning your trust at a pace that feels right. That means I show up as myself and guide you with empirically supported psychotherapy techniques. Instead of “just listening,” I’m an active partner who helps you establish and reach your goals.
And hopefully, sharing a piece of my story can help us start to lay that foundation of trust...
The foundation of my work is relationships. Because at the end of the day—and the end of our lives—it’s our relationships that matter most.
My ultimate goal is to save my clients a lifetime of regret by helping them make the most of the time they have with the people who matter most.

Today, I continue this relationships-oriented work in my private practice. I help individuals, couples, and adult families repair bonds and reconnect with each other.
I felt compelled to help people repair and strengthen their relationships, both romantic and familial.
To get started, share what you’re seeking to get out of therapy in my brief welcome form, and I’ll be in touch to schedule your first session.
I’m currently accepting clients who live in New York, Connecticut, or Florida.
